About Moskito Render
A workhorse renderer and cebas’ next generation movie quality rendering, now made possible with hardware accelerated (GPU) rendering.
moskitoRender™ is the first full-featured GPU renderer for 3ds Max with the least amount of software and creative restrictions of all GPU-only renderers on the market! Its nonrestrictive, highly optimized approach allows artists to unleash their imagination and freedom needed to feed their artistic appetite.
moskitoRender™ has NO materials of its own, yet supports ALL of the 1,300 materials from the Autodesk Material Library as well as the standard 3ds Max materials. It is a true Physically Based Spectral Rendering solution meant to replace any one of the standard 3ds Max rendering options, creating images based on strict unbiased path-tracing methods.
moskitoRender™offers a true continuous workflow with easy setup, less parameters and lightning fast results.
A GPU-Only Power Renderer!
cebas identifies moskitoRender™ as the first movie-quality GPU only renderer on the market for 3ds Max.
moskitoRender is specifically developed to bring the power of shading and rendering flexibility to GPU rendering - a strong feature that is uniquely offered by cebas.
By offering Multi-GPU support, moskitoRender is ready to unleash all of the available GPU power in a workstation at once. CPU rendering will be soon a memory of the past.
An advanced new material shading core provides moskitoRender™ with the advantage of representing nearly every material effect in the form of a highly optimized native GPU shader.
moskitoRender™ provides a continuous GPU rendering workflow within the 3ds Max environment with an EASY setup. We believe that artists should never be forced to change or adjust any materials or lighting simply because they use one or the other rendering acceleration scheme.

Continous Workflow
A continuous 3D rendering workflow between CPU and GPU: A great feature offered by moskito to facilitate and speed up the rendering process with no interruption encounters to delay a job from being well done!
SkyLight Simulation
moskitoRender features a new skylight model that is more accurate and solves several issues with existing skylight simulation models. The Physically Based Spectral Rendering is the newly enhanced color and light transport model by moskitoRender.
Highly Optimized. Non Restrictive.
A full blown CPU renderer-like with no compromise, no GPU boundaries. moskitoRender is made to leverage new generations of NVIDIA hardware in such a way that as restrictions are removed by new GPU hardware advances, moskitoRender is already a step ahead - able to take advantage of new technologies.
Unprecedented Material Support
moskitoRender is the first GPU-only renderer for 3ds Max to introduce full support of the more than 1,300 Autodesk Material Library catalog along with most of the standard mental ray materials and shaders and the standard 3ds Max materials and textures.
Lighting: IES Lights
With moskitoRender IES Lights support, you get instant and accurate results! It can perfectly simulate area lights with all the intensities and light distribution using photometric web in realtime.
Camera Effects and Exposure
moskitoRender has the unique feature of handling camera effects and exposure control using the standard 3ds Max physical camera and exposure control.
Depth of Field
In realtime, you can playaround with moskitoRender's active shade and physical camera. DOF is calculated exactly the same as the real world settings getting the realistic results users strive for!
Motion Blur
moskitoRender offers Motion Blur captured by its physical real-life camera using different effects such as; Shutterspeed, FStop and film sensitivity. Its ActiveShade makes the whole experience fully interactive and immediate.
Active Shade
With moskitoRender, ActiveShade is faster and more accurate without any lag in its interactivity. That's what REALTIME is all about!
Unbiased Path-tracing
moskitoRender is one of the few renderers that uses Physically Based Spectral Rendering in its path-tracing - It is the most accurate method to calculate light. Better yet, it's easy and very simple to set up!
ForestPack Pro: Fully Supported
moskitoRender has the largest support for 3ds Max Material Library in the market! Not only that, it also fully supports 3rd party plugins... ForestPack Pro is our latest addition.
